Website hosting and access data
This website is delivered through Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA. When you access the website, technical data such as your IP address, request time, requested resource, referrer, browser, operating system and response status may be processed to deliver the site, maintain security and diagnose faults. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interests are the reliable, secure and efficient operation of this website.
Contact form and email
When you contact us, we process the information you provide, including your name, email address, company, enquiry category, message and related correspondence. Required fields are needed so that we can understand and respond to your enquiry; without them, we cannot process the request. Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry concerns a contract or steps before entering into one, and otherwise on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is professional business communication and responding to genuine enquiries.
Recipients and international transfers
Access is limited to authorised members of our company and service providers required to host the website, receive form submissions and operate business email. Netlify acts as a service provider for hosting and form processing. Because Netlify is based in the United States, data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Netlify states that it uses recognised transfer safeguards, including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Details are available in Netlify's privacy statement. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Technical access data is retained only for as long as needed to deliver and secure the website in accordance with the active hosting configuration. Contact enquiries are generally deleted no later than 24 months after the final substantive communication. Data may be retained for longer where this is necessary for a contract, to establish or defend legal claims, or to comply with statutory retention obligations.
Your data-protection rights
Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Right to lodge a complaint
You may lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority. The supervisory authority responsible for our Berlin establishment is the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit, Alt-Moabit 59–61, 10555 Berlin, Germany. Cookies, analytics and automated decisions
This website does not currently use analytics, advertising trackers or non-essential cookies. Its fonts are served locally. We do not use the data collected through this website for automated decision-making or profiling. If these practices change, this policy will be updated before the relevant technology is enabled.
